2. Collection and Use of Data for Processing of Contracts and Opening a Customer Account

It is possible to delete your customer account at any time. Pursuant to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 (1) (f) of the GDPR, we can pass your data on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. Depending on which payment service provider you choose during the order process, we will pass your data collected for the purpose of payment on to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, when appropriate, the payment service provider authorized by us may transfer said data to the chosen payment service. The payment service providers chosen by you also partially collect such data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, during the order process, you must log in on the provider’s website using your access data. In this respect, the privacy policy of the corresponding payment service provider shall apply.
