Returns of goods are carried out in accordance with a period of 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, you can issue a return of goods subject to the following conditions:
• the product has not been used;
• the integrity of the kit and packaging is not damaged;
• a document confirming payment has been saved;
Return of goods via courier delivery service:
1. Agree on the return - fill out the Returns Form and send a copy and a copy of the proof of purchase to kala.enterprises@yahoo.com. In the letter, describe the reason for returning the goods. Wait until the service manager confirms the sending.
2. Send us the product - prepare the product, a warranty card, a copy of your receipt or invoice, a completed Return Application Form. Prepare the goods for return for dispatch via any courier service. Payment for the delivery of goods at the expense of the sender (Buyer).
3. Tell us that you have made a return - contact us by e-mail kala.enterprises@yahoo.com - send a photo of the courier service express waybill, in the letter indicate your details, order number, courier service express waybill number and reason for return. You can track the movements of the sent parcel on the carrier's website.
4. Wait for a refund - an employee of the company will inspect the goods for use. If the goods are technically complex, the seller reserves the right to require diagnostics of the goods in the conditions of a service center authorized by the manufacturer. Subject to payment of the goods by cash on delivery through the courier service - the refund will be made within 7 banking days through any agreed payment method. Subject to payment for the goods with a bank payment card on the site - the refund will be made within 7 banking days to the card with which the payment was made. The refund period for the goods can be increased, but should not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and the application for return.
