During the treatment of an automatic transmission, REVITALIZANT® forms a protective ceramic-metal coating on the operating surfaces of metal parts (gears, bearings, distributors), thereby restoring the geometry of parts and compensating for the ongoing wear present in automatic transmission units. Metal conditioner strengthens the lubricating film and provides an additional level of protection against wear.

Application

  • Introduce the contents of the syringe* into the oil filler neck (opening of the oil dipstick) of the automatic transmission warmed up to the operating temperature.
  • Run the car in regular mode.
  • REVITALIZATION® is considered completed after 50 hours of operation of the mechanism (1,500 km of run).

* Pre-warm the product to room temperature.

Notes

  • A typical sign of beginning of the REVITALIZATION® process is improvement in operation of the automatic transmission (noise reduction, smoother gear shifting) starting from the first kilometers of run after the treatment.
  • The product is compatible with all types of fluids for automatic transmissions: Dexron®, Mercon®, etc.; it does not enter into chemical reactions with them and does not change their viscosity, friction, and other physicochemical properties.
  • RF (REVITALIZATION® Factor) is an indicator of the effectiveness of restoration and antiwear protection of the automatic transmission parts. RF=100 means that the product has the highest possible restoring and repairing properties. As a result of using the product, the automatic transmission has undergone a complete REVITALIZATION® cycle and is reliably protected from wear for 100,000 km of run.

Metal conditioner with REVITALIZANT® is effective for gasoline, LPG, and diesel engines of cars and light trucks with an oil system volume of up to 20 L.

The protective coating remains active for 100,000 km of run; after that, it is recommended to repeat the treatment.

Dosage:

One 50 ml syringe of the product is intended for an automatic transmission with an oil system capacity of 10 to 20 L.

If the oil system capacity exceeds 20 L, you should increase the dosage at the rate of 50 ml of the product for every 10 L of fluid.
